Thanks for purchasing our products at yayophinaturalbeauty.com operated by Yayophi Natural Beauty, LLC.

We hold customer satisfaction to a high standard and try our very best to keep our customers happy.  If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get a full refund.  Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original, unused condition within 14 days of the date of purchase.  Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.  Just return the item with your receipt and we will refund your money. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs and any other charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items  

If a product is shipped incorrectly or is damaged, please contact us for us to review and we will replace that item or accept a return and provide a full refund.
